Shipping method and Delivery time:
We use Canada Post (Expedited Parcel USA) and FedEx (ground service) for shipping. Which service we use for your order will be determined by your address. Orders should be shipped within 2 to 3 days after payment is confirmed. However, as we rely on Canada Post/FedEx services for delivery, we are unable to guarantee or promise a specific date or time for delivery.
- We exert our utmost effort in product quality, but if by any chance, you receive a defective item or your product is damaged during shipping, please report to us within 7 days after receiving the product. We will immediately send you a replacement. In the case of a defective item, we will cover all standard delivery costs for returning the product as well as any reshipment fees.
- We will not accept any items that have been used for exchanges/returns.
- Exchanges and returns are valid only when returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Under no circumstances will we accept any exchanges or returns after 8 days of receiving.
- Please email us in advance with regard to any products you plan to return.
Otherwise, we will not accept the shipment and will return it to you at your own expense.
